{ippity} Blog Hop Time!!

It is Monday and that means {ippity} blog hop time. I was quite excited about today's blog hop and ended up making three sets of cards. So please have some patience to go through my post :). Check out {ippity} blog for the list of all the other participants in this blog hop.

1) I did the first card for the Sketchy Thursday Second Chance Card Sketch. It was so much fun doing this card. I used the Ranger Acrylic Paint Daubers in Metallic colors and drew the lines...I used the Gold, Silver and Copper. I used the white paint dauber on the edge of the kraft paper. The image from Because of you set completed the card,

Here is the Sketch,

2) The second card was done for the Just Us Girls Challenge #16 - Which is a color challenge. I used Scarlett Jewel, Sweet Blush and Vintage Cream CS from PTI and Grey from SU. Kept it simple, but loved how this card turned out.

Here is their Color Challenge,

3) Last but not least, I cut out the Flower Image from the Because Of You set and Paper Pierced it :)

Thanks for taking time to stop by and checking out my cards :)

CPS150 and Scrapbook Page

I am doing more scrapbook layouts now a days and enjoying it a lot. So, I decided to take the Fresh Idea from Lisa as mentioned on the {ippity} Blog and use this card sketch to create a scrapbook layout.

Here is my Page. These were the photos I took during our visit to NYC this past Christmas and this was in Columbia University - nestled in the heart of the city. Sorry for the bad photos within the layout. These photos were taking using my iPhone and the clarity is not the best :)

I printed out the title from Computer and edged it with some copic marker to give it a shadow feeling. I also cut out some signs from the Cricut Going Places Cartridge to give a NYC city feel to the page.

Here is the CPS150 Sketch,

Supplies:
Stamp - None
Paper - Coredinations Card stock, American Crafts Travel Paper Pack
Ink - Copics
Other - PTI Vintage Buttons, Cricut Going Places Cartridge, Punches

Basic Grey Contest by PageMaps

As soon as I saw the sketch for this Basic Grey Contest by Page Maps. I knew the exact pictures I wanted to scrapbook. So here is a layout using our Dubai Visit Pictures.

I used the BG Lime Rickey Collection of Papers for this layout :) It was quite fun doing this layout. I used stickers from that collection for the title as well.

Here is the sketch,

Supplies:
Stamp - None
Paper - BG Lime Rickey Collection
Ink - None

Stamp Store Visit

I was visiting NYC During Christmas and I found out about this neat Stamp store called The Ink Pad and I had to go check it out. Nestled in the Village in NYC, it is a small but a cute store with all kind of local stuff and some really neat stamps. It was so much fun browsing and shopping in this store.

I used the photos of my visit to this store for this Sketch challenge from My Minds Eye Blog.

Here is my layout,

I used papers from MME - Summer song Collection, Signature Suite (Brown/Flowers and Words) and Bella Bella. Brads are from American crafts and Title Stickers are from my stash.

Here is the Sketch,

Supplies:
Stamp - N/A
Paper - MME line of Papers, PTI Soft Stone CS
Ink - N/A
Other - AC Brads, Alphabet Stickers
