New Swing

I did this LO for the Page Maps Sketch Challenge. This is a photo of my friend's daughter who was so excited to get a new swing. This photo was just so precious that I had to create a LO with it. This photo reminded me of how we can be happy with simple things in life and to enjoy each day to its maximum.

I bought these Core-dinations Foundations smooth card stock recently and I am not really loving them, they are a bit too thin for my taste. I mean I love Core-dinations Card stock and that is what I use all the times, but I use the textured ones. This time, I thought I will give these a try, but did not like them and will not go back. Here is the sketch,

 Thanks for stopping by,
Supplies:
Paper - Coredinations Cardstock, SU and MM Patterned Papers
Ink - None
Stamp - None
Other - Flower Border, PTI Vintage Ribbon, EK Success border punch, Prima Flowers, Pearl Embellishment

What a precious photo and layout; I like your message too about the simple things.

Thanks for the tip on the CS; I have bought some of the textured, but have not tried it yet....

What a darling LO! I love the smile on her face--swings are the most fun. I love the two little pennants and the way you did the subtitle. Very nice job!
