Sketch Girl #15

I wanted to share this card that I did for Sketch Girl Sketch Challenge #15. I am in love with this Zen frog image from Doggone stamps. :)

Here is my card,



I used the new Kioshi patterned paper from BG. I cut several paper in the matching colors to the image using the new ric rac die from PTI. Sentiment is from PTI's around and about sentiments :) A button finished of the card :)

March 1st {ippity} Blog Hop

I have two cards to share with you. I am in love with the new set called Regal Greetings. It is just way too neat. I embossed the flourish label image that comes with this set using Ranger Fine Gold Embossing Powder and stamped the sentiment thanks inside the frame. I paired it with some beautiful patterned paper by Taj Mahal collection from DCVW..sent to me by my friend Amy. Viola beautiful elegant card :)



The second card is what I did for the Sketch Girl Sketch Challenge #13. I used the Heart stamp from Devoted set and created the center panel. The sentiment from Because of you set completed the card. I loved how this card came together.

1) Sketch Girl - Sketch #10

I used this flower image from the Because of You set and added some button to the center. I used this Lil Bloomer that my dear friend Sara had created and sent me some as RAK. And a small pink heart finished the card. I rotated the sketch :)

2) The second card was done for the Get Sketchy Challenge #21.

I used the same flower Image from Because of You set with some DCVW Glitter Papers. I colored the image with Copic Spica Glitter Pens.

Sketch Girl SG8 and Embellish Owls Color Challenge

This is the card that I did for the Sketch Girl sketch SG8 and for the Embellish Owls Color Challenge.

Here is my card,



The Embellish Owls challenge was to use a owl image in your card/project and to use the colors - Coral, Green and Dark Brown. I used PTI Melon Berry, Spring Moss and Dark Chocolate. I embossed the Spring Moss with this flower/Vine Cuttlebug Folder and then followed the SG8 Sketch :) It was fun to do this card.

SG7 Sketch

I wanted to have a quick post to share my card for the SG7 Sketch. I used the PTI 2008 Holiday Tags and some ribbon that my dear friend Sara had sent.

SG5 - Funky Circles

The latest sketch from Sketch Girl is really neat with lot of circles and it was really fun to work on. I used the Teacher's Apple set from PTI for this card. I wanted to try this vintage look so I inked the apple and lightly inked on a scrap sheet and then on this sheet so it kind of looks half inked. I love this look.

Here is my entry for the Skech Girl Sketch - SG4. I used the Everyday button bits set from PTI. I used the cherry stamp set and used the PTI Buttons. I kept it very simple and actually liked it a lot and might use this sketch for other cards too.
