The challenge for Make It Monday #2 from PTI was to use a Vellum Stamped Sentiment strip on your project.
Here is my card for this challenge. I have been wanting to CASE Nichole's card that she did for the Introduction for the Lilly of Valley Stamp set and this was the perfect opportunity. It is not as good as Nichole's, but I felt it turned out pretty good.
I smeared some of the ink on the vellum, but not too bad. I added the 1/8" clear tape behind the score marks and then adhered the vellum piece to the project. I had need to buy some new Vellum sheets. This is an older one and is not as transparent.
Thanks for stopping by,
Supplies:
Stamp - PTI Year of Flowers - Lilly of the Valley
Paper- PTI White and Kraft CS, Vellum CS from Stash
Ink - Memento Black, PTI Fresh Snow, Copics
Other - PTI Vintage Buttons, Bakers Twine

Oh! Banu, this is beautiful! Love the green and white with the kraft--so fresh and springy--I can almost smell the lilies-of-the-valley!

It definitely is as beautiful! I really like your choice to make the colored image on the kraft cardstock. It really adds a lot of interest.
