Christmas Owl

Hi Friends, How are you doing? I have been a bit late with my Project Life Posts. Life has happened LOL..I will be back tomorrow with a couple of spreads of PL.

Meanwhile, I did a few Christmas cards over the weekend. It is never too early to get started on your Christmas cards.

I did this card for,

A) July Christmas Cards Challenge on SplitCoastStampers - To create a card with Red, Blue and White Color Scheme and to use something sparkly on the card.
B) Challenge #27 on A Blog Named Hero - To create a card or project using your fav Hero Arts Stamp. I used this Holiday Owl set from Hero Arts.
C)Merry Monday Merry Monday Month Long - Anything Goes Christmas Card challenge.

I kept the card simple with red card base and some old Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses Paper. I stamped and colored the hat of the Owl with Blue Copic Marker and then add the sentiment to a white punched out paper. Overall, just a simple card, but loved how it turned out. I also added some red gem embellishment on the corner of the card to add something sparkly.

Thanks for stopping by,

Merry Monday #37 - Warm Winter Wishes

I am back with a card that I made for the Merry Monday #37 Sketch. Again another beautiful sketch. I used my Stampin Up - More the Merrier stamp set for this card.

What can I say - I happen to love Snow men!!!!!!! :)))) I kept the coloring in this image to minimal, just colored the scarves and hats.

Patterned paper is from stash. The scalloped border paper is actually kind of navy blue, but looks black in my picture as I took the picture late at night.

Merry Monday #36

Hello Friends, Hope you had a good Tuesday. I had a very productive Tuesday - at home front as well as on crafting front. I am back with a card that I made for Merry Monday Challenge #36. I am just in love with her Sketches. They are just perfect for mass producing cards and you can keep them CAS or embellish them. As you can see I kept them CAS.

I used this awesome Charlie Brown and Snoopy stamp from Stampabilities and then colored it with Copics. I kept the whole layout simple and added a golden glitter snowflake as an accent. This is totally my kind of cards to make, a nice image with copic coloring and simple layout.

I added some liquid applique to the hats of Charlie brown and snoopy :))
