Mojo Monday Sketch 71
24 hours in a day is not sufficient to do all your work and plus do some good paper crafting. :) I could not do the Mojo Monday Sketch 70, so I thought at least I will give the Sketch 71 a try. Here is the link for the sketch - Mojo Monday Sketch 71
Here is my take on it. It is always hard to do masculine card. I used PTI Father knows best for this sketch.
Supplies: PTI Father Knows Best, PTI Square Borders and Corners, PTI White, Kraft and Father Knows best PP, SU Scallop Square Punch, Generic Ribbon.

Our Creative Corner Sketch
I have not done "Our Creative Corner Sketches" for a while now and really liked their latest sketch. It has so many possibilities. I ended up doing two cards for this sketch. Holiday card for my SCS Christmas card challenge and a wedding card for my cousin who got married recently.
Wedding Card
I did this wedding card using PTI Wedding day set and plus their Circle Borders and Corners. Some glitter brad and the sentiment in the word window punch completed the ensemble.
I stamped the swirls that are part of the wedding day set on the latest PTI Black DP using Fresh Snow. I personally loved it and felt that it came out very well.
Supplies: PTI Wedding Day, PTI Circle Borders and Corners, PTI Black DP, Fresh Snow and True Black Ink, 1 3/" Circle Punch, Bling Brads
Holiday Card
This is an awesome sketch for a holiday card. I used PTI 2008 Holiday tag collection. Embossed the snowflake using silver EP and punched it out using 1 3/4" Circle punch. The patterned paper is from Martha Stewart collection. I thought it made a good contrast to the metallic CB embossed base.
Supplies: PTI 2008 Holiday Tag collection, DCVW Metallic Paper Stack, PP from Martha Stewart Holiday Collection, Cuttlebug Snowflakes Embossing folder, Silver Embossing powder, 1 3/4" Circle Punch.

PTI January Blog Hop
My very first blog hop with PTI and it is very exciting. The challenge this time was to make Birthday cards. There are so many choices with my PTI Stamp collection that it was a hard choice. Here is my Birthday card,
I used PTI Birds of feather, polka dot basics (to create the background) and Around & About Sentiments to kind of prop the sentiment. The sentiment itself is from Women of life.
Aqua mist and chocolate CS go together so well and is very pleasing to the eye.

PTI Sketch - CMWC11
I am totally fascinated by the sketches and even more fascinated and impressed by people who design or come up with these sketches. Awesome :) I was already doing the Clean and Simple Sketches and now trying out the PTI Sketches. Here is the first PTI Sketch I attempted - CMWC11. No reason for choosing this particular sketch, just that this layout appealed to the Around and About Sentiments that I got recently from PTI and was playing around with it.

First PTI Swap of 2009
My friend from SCS, Sara is hosting the First PTI swap for 2009. Keeping in mind that Valentines day is just around the corner, I did a Valentine's Day card using PTI Heart Prints set. I did not buy any of PTI Raspberry Fizz patterned paper, so instead I created my own using Raspberry Fizz Ink and Guidelines Stamp set. I was personally very happy as to how the patterned paper turned out. I had always seen Nichole do it so effortlessly.
Without further ado, here is my card. Comments and Suggestions are welcome.
Supplies:
PTI Heart Prints Set, PTI Guide Lines set, Cuttlebug Embossing Folder, PTI Raspberry Fizz CS and Ink, PTI Chocolate CS, PTI Burnt Umber Ink, PTI Raspberry Fizz Satin Ribbon

Love You Much Bundle - Loving It
I got the Love you much bundle from Stampin Up..Psst.They also had free shipping during that time. The only time I have seen SU do free shipping since I have been buying from them maybe since 2003. It was really nice. This bundle that came with patterned paper and punch was a great deal.
I have been experimenting with this stuff, but then I saw the FTL2O (Click here to see the Sketch) sketch and this stamp set felt right.
Here is the card,
Along with stickles, I have been trying Martha Stewart Glitter pens and they are way to cool. I like them a lot. The hearts on the side of the card, have been dotted with the glitter pens.
Supplies: SU Love you much bundle, Generic PP, Ribbon, PTI Raspberry Fizz Ink, PTI Vintage cream paper, Martha Stewart Glitter Pens.
I guess I am on a roll here with my blog. So, if I do not post any more tonight, then Good night and have a good weekend. Else.... you might see another post from me.
Signing off for now,

Clean and Simple Designs
I was searching SCS Gallery for some clean and simple designs and found this blog titled "Clean and Simple Stamping". Awesome blog and suiting my design mojo as of now. So, I have started working on some of their sketches. They are very simple and elegant and have a WOW factor. Here are some cards I have done using their sketches and CASE'ing their sample cards too (although my stamp sets are different). Sorry this might be a long post, but wanted to post all my CAS cards at one shot.

New Year, New Challenges
Happy New Year. It is time for resolutions. My resolutions this year are to blog more often, use my existing supplies first before buying new and also to eat healthy and lose weight. A tall order....but well...we have to think big.
I wanted to share two Holiday cards that I did for a PTI swap on SplitCoastStampers.com. I do not own any holiday stamps from PTI, so I challenged myself to use non holiday stamps from PTI to create holiday cards. Here are the two results.
Anniversary Set Tree
I used this stamp from the Anniversary Set - Simple things and kind of created a tree effect. Used the snowflakes cuttlebug embossing folder as background. Some stickles and ribbon completed my embellishment. I used the Sentiment from Mailbox greetings.
Supplies
PTI Simple Things Stamp, PTI Mailbox Greetings Stamp, PTI Cardstock, Cuttlebug Snowflakes embossing folder, SU Word window punch, Generic White Ribbon, Stickles
Shapes by Design - Ornaments
I used this versatile set to create ornaments for this holiday card. I popped them up with some dimensional and added stickles.
Supplies
PTI Shapes by Design Stamp, PTI Simple Things, Oval Nestabilities, Generic Ribbon, Stickles
Happy Stamping :)
