Scattered Showers - Thinking Of You

The Challenge this time is,

"This month's blog hop challenge involves you challenging yourself to use a Papertrey stamp set that has yet to see ink or even one that might be collecting a little dust!  Go through your stash and see what little used treasure it might hold"

I used one of my favorite older sets called "Scattered Showers" for this card. I had not used this stamp set in a while although it used to be one of my to go sets :) So, in honor of this blog hop, this set got inked up :)

I stamped the umbrella in Ranger DI - Spiced Marmalade, cut it out and popped it up with some foam dots. I cut out the flower using PTI Dies and added some button to it. I love the font in this stamp set.

The card is much better IRL, I forgot to take pictures of the 3D Effect. The white panel is raised as well as the umbrella :). I have inked the edges of the White panel as well as the Green Bitty Box Basics Patterned paper using PTI Chai Inking Cube, but for some reason does not show up well in the picture. I made this card for the Regular card spot in the PTI Card swap that we are having over at SCS.
