Masculine Birthday Card and Video Tutorial

Hi Friends, Happy Saturday. We have all kind of fun activities and events as part of ICR's 2nd Anniversary on ICR Forum - Please do stop by and check it all out.

As part of the Anniversary Celebrations - I have posted a Small Video Tutorial on using your Digital Stamps in Basic Word Processing Software. please do check it out. We have some Free Exclusive Stamps on ICR as well.

Here is a card that I did using one of the ICR exclusive Digital Stamp.

I printed several of these images using Microsoft Word on PTI Cardstock (Because I was going to color it with Copics). And then cut it out using Nestabilities Die and then colored it with copics. I then added it to the card base with patterned papers. The sentiment is from PTI's Faux Ribbon Stamp set and I added some red airmail washi tape for fun interest.

I am entering this card for the Seize the Birthday Challenge #4, to use their sketch and create a Masculine card. Here is the Sketch,

Simple and easy card using Digital Stamps. Hoping that you will stop by at ICR.

Awesome

Happy World Card Making Day Folks. I am back with another post.

2nd post of the day. To See the Mojo Monday Post, please click here or scroll down.

I wanted to share this that I did for two Challenges -
1) Cas-ual Fridays Challenge - CFC37 - For the Girls - to create a CAS card that celebrates the women in your lives. I made this for my grand mother who at 93 has undergone hip surgery and shows such great enthusiasm towards life.

2) I am also entering this into the Hope You can Cling to Challenge on SCS - HYCCT1201A-
Show what you are made of. I am a simple person and I love creating CAS cards. So, this essentially is me. Bold, passionate, simple and fun loving.
I used the Washi Tape and created the bottom panel. I then stamped the sentiment. The sentiment is from Technique Tuesday stamp called Awesome. Just love their stamps. Such good quality.

You can also participate in SCS challenges. There is still plenty of time.

Thanks for stopping by,

SFYTT - September

It is football season and I am all excited. But it was sad when Dallas Cowboys lost to Seattle Sea Hawks in the past game. So, I lost a bet with one of my friends and was going to mail him a Starbucks Gift card. So, I made this quick and simple card to send the GC with using the SFYTT - September sketch.

I used the Daily Grind stamp set from Market Street Stamps. I just love the sentiments (and fonts of these sentiments) from this stamp set.

Here is the sketch,

LO For KP's Sketchbook class

Hello Friends, it is Thursday. Just one more day for the weekend. :) YAY. I wanted to share this layout that I did for Kelly Purkey's Sketchbook class that I am taking on Studio Calico. Loving her sketches.

I used Coredinations white Card stock for Base and the patterned papers are Bo Bunny and Kraft Funday from MME. These are pictures of my Friend's daughter and her husband during their recent trip to Disney world. I just loved these series of photos and had to create a LO with it. The title itself says it all and so I did not include any extra journaling. I did add some Washi Tape and some Disney Embellishments.

Some Washi Tape Cards and Storage Ideas

Hello Friends, Happy Tuesday!!! I am here to share a few more of my Washi tape cards that  I did  - and this time, with Washi tapes from Michaels...Yup!! Michaels is carrying them now. Lots of them. I just got a few designs.

The first card uses a Digi Silhouette image in the main panel that I got from Etsy. In retrospect, if I redo this card, I will make the main image a bit more smaller. The sentiment is from PTI handwritten Notes. For the second card I used the PTI Stamps - Birds of a Feather.

I now had a stash of Washi tapes and was looking for a good storage idea. I ended up getting this cropper hopper ribbon carousel to store my washi tapes.

Here are a few other links where I found some other interesting storage ideas for Washi Tapes.

Last but not the least, I wanted to share with you this ATG Gun Holder/Stand that I got from ebay - Geppetto Creations.  I got to know about it from my friend Michele.

It is very sturdy and holds the ATG gun very well and it is now so easy to find my ATG gun. Here are some pictures of it.
